The following sets out the terms & conditions for membership / use of the 4 Derivatives Portal
General
All commercial activities undertaken by portal members will be conducted through separate legal vehicles and subject to individual terms & conditions as appropriate.
Management
The management of 4 Derivatives Limited reserve the right to decline, modify or revoke member access at any time at its discretion.
Membership Process
Memberships will be processed on a weekly cycle with a cut-off on Fridays.
Candidates will be reviewed by the management of 4 Derivatives Limited which will notify the applicant of its decision by Sunday pm. Applicants via email will be reviewed by the management of 4 Derivatives Limited. The management of 4 Derivatives Limited may at its discretion undertake credit checks / company searches and any other checks that it deems appropriate.
Revocation of Membership
A member may resign at any time. A member may be removed at any time for a breach of terms & conditions or any illegal activities. A member may be removed if a majority of 10 or more existing members request their removal.
Terms & Conditions
1) The member will not disclose any of the activities of the portal, discussions, members details, passwords or any of the web site content to any third parties apart from general marketing information and data on areas of the site open to the general public.
2) The member will treat other members with respect.
3) The member retains intellectual property rights in respect of his contributions to the site unless he chooses to waive them.
4) The member will not market any of the skills, ideas or products or other members without obtaining prior consent.
